Keil Orion Troisi (of mischief-activism groups The Yes Men and The Fixers) explores “trickster activism” that uses filmmaking and comedy to advance human rights campaigns and antagonize evil-doers.
Keil is an artist and activist who uses mischievous performance and media-hacking to challenge oppressive systems. For over a decade he has been a core member of culture-jamming group The Yes Men, and co-founded an “emergent faction” called The Fixers to expand his practice in new directions.
Keil was apart’s guest back in 2021 in Istanbul as a part of their mockumentary “Peace Pipeline”s – directed by Gitz Crazyboy, Tito Ybarra – screening at International Usak Film Festival’s 8th edition; where he made a stimulating presentation about their crafts.
